I am a PhD student at the Computer Systems Laboratory, part of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University, where I work on accelerator systems. My PhD advisor is Zhiru Zhang.

I have a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University, where I worked with Jinho Lee.

Research

I'm interested in programming and integrating AI/ML accelerators.

We show how to accelerate practical sequence aligner workloads with multiple GPUs. Results on Minimap2 and BWA-MEM using NVIDIA A6000s.
